The Country Club Neighborhood Association will sponsoring a Spring Tree Program in 2023!
50 neighbors will receive a $200 voucher to Earl May to offset the cost of a tree of their choice. The tree is to be planted in the neighbor's front or back yard.
Registration for the tree program will begin on Monday, April 3, 2023. The first 50 households to register will receive a voucher. Registrants MUST go to Earl May at 5555 S. 48th St to pick out a tree on April 17, 2023. If you are not available to pick a tree up that evening, please do not register.
If you received a tree voucher in 2022, please do not sign up this year. We are trying to spread the love--and the trees--around.
Voucher recipients: Make note of what tree species are already represented on your block and have a few different species in mind when you go to Earl May. Canopy diversity ensures that a single disease or pest will not wipe out all the trees on your street at one time.
